磁流变阻尼器等效线性阻尼系数计算

摘要:

基于修正的Bouc_Wen模型分析了磁流变阻尼器的性能,并计算了其等效线性阻尼系数;基于修正的Bouc_Wen模型的仿真数据,通过曲线拟合回归分析方法建立了磁流变阻尼器等效线性阻尼系数与控制电压以及磁流变阻尼器运动振幅之间的关系模型,并验证了模型精度。研究结果显示,等效线性阻尼系数模型具有较高的精度,相对误差低于1%;对于应用强非线性磁流变阻尼器的振动系统,在给定频率下,利用等效线性阻尼系数模型可以有效提高系统振动及稳定性分析的计算效率。该研究为磁流变阻尼器的控制应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Based on modified Bouc_Wen model this paper analyzed the performance of MR damper, and the equivalent linear damping coefficient of MR damper was calculated. Based on the modified Bouc_Wen model simulation date, the relationship among the MR damper equivalent linear damping coefficient, control voltage and MR damper movement amplitude was established through the curve fitting regression analysis method, and its accuracy was verified. Results display that the equivalent linear damping coefficient model has higher accuracy, and the relative error is within 1%. For the vibration systems which contained strongly nonlinear and large damping coefficient of MR damper, the new model will greatly reduce the calculation of the vibration analysis and the stability study of the system in a constant frequency value. Besides the model also provides a theoretical basis for the applications of MR damper control.
