摘要:

提出考虑加工因素的数字样机构建与分析问题,通过对零件尺寸公差概率分布的分析,以零件的设计尺寸及公差为依据,提出求取产品近似实际加工尺寸的方法,用以生成零件加工数字样机。以水轮发电机组主轴为例,说明生成典型零件加工数字样机的方法,并从零件运动特性分析出发,对主轴设计数字样机和加工数字样机的振动固有频率进行差异比较分析,说明生成加工数字样机的重要意义。

Abstract:

Issue of considering manufacturing factors in establishing part digital mock-up model was presented.By analyzing the probability distribution of the associated tolerances,the corresponding manufacturing digital mock-up model was generated.With the spindle of hydropower-generator as an example,the detailed procedure of calculating and determining the statistical manufacturing increment was developed.Furthermore,kinematic features of the part within the two type mock-up models were analyzed by comparing the difference between the natural vibration frequencies.The observed results prove the signification of consideration of manufacturing factors in product digital mock-up.
