摘要:

为了在制造云服务候选集中优选出服务质量最佳的制造云服务,提出了制造云服务优选问题,并设计了求解方法。将制造服务质量特征分为可量化和不可量化两种类型,分别用综合加权法来分析可量化服务质量特征,用直觉模糊集运算法分析不可量化的服务质量特征。提出了“制造服务有效期”的概念,更加贴切地表现制造服务性能动态变化的特点。在充分考虑用户需求的同时,针对不同用户的个性化选择,提出了一种交互式的服务质量特征权重分析方法。

Abstract:

In order to choose the best performance cloud manufacturing service from a cloud manufacturing service candidate set, the problem of cloud manufacturing service optimal-selection was supposed. The QoS attributes were divided into quantitative and non-quantitative ones. Different calculation methods were used toward different kind of QoS attributes. Then a conception of cloud manufacturing service valid period was supposed to enrich the description of the changes of QoS. After fully considering user's needs, an interaction way was put forward,which aimed to get the information about QoS attributes that users prefered.An available way was given to get the weights of QoS attributes.
