摘要:

针对由一个联合回收中心、多个制造/再制造工厂及多个分销商组成的三级闭环供应链系统,考虑系统中各级成员间的物质流动、各自不同的运作目标及决策的交互影响,建立了闭环供应链的回收-生产-分销三层协同计划模型。结合闭环供应链系统各级成员之间反复协商的行为特点,设计了基于双倍体遗传算法的三层迭代求解方法。算例的计算结果表明,该计划模型和求解算法具有一定的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:

Aiming at a triple-echelon closed-loop supply chain system consisted of a combined recovery center, multi-factories of manufacture and remanufacture, multi-distributors, a recovery-production-distribution triple-level collaborative planning model was established, which considered material flow, each operation object and decision teraction among members at all levels in the system. According to the characteristics of behaviors of repeated negotiation among members at all levels in closed-loop supply chain system, a triple-level iterative algorithm was designed based on double chromosomes genetic algorithm. Finally, a typical example was suggested, the simulation results indicate the planning model and solving algorithm have better effectiveness and validity.
