摘要:

首先从因素分解与合成角度研究关键影响因素的品质实现可靠性,介绍关键影响因素权重的确定方法,并创建了机械产品品质实现可靠性模型。然后,基于乏信息理论对机械产品品质实现可靠性进行了真值估计。最后通过一个实例验证了在信息量少及数据趋势项和概率分布未知条件下,利用该模型研究机械产品品质实现可靠性是可行的。

Abstract:

Firstly, this paper studied quality achieving reliability of key factors from the perspective of factor decomposition and synthesis, introduced the weight determination methods of key factors, and presented a mechanical product quality reliability model. Then, the true-value of quality achieving reliability of mechanical products was estimated based on information-poor theory. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the application of quality achieving reliability model of mechanical products. The results show that  the model can be used as evaluating the quality control level of mechanical products only with small samples and without any prior information of probability distributions.
