摘要:

为使大型电除尘器烟箱结构的力学性能好且质量小,根据烟箱的结构特点,提出了综合应用结构拓扑优化和尺寸优化进行优化设计的方法。
首先针对烟箱结构的加强筋分布,采用自适应成长技术,使加强筋如同植物根系一样,
沿着使其结构刚度最大的方向成长;然后针对得到的具有最优分布加强筋的烟箱结构,采用尺寸优化方法,以质量最小为目标,对其进行优化设计。设计结果表明,所提出的方法对电除尘器烟箱的优化设计有效,优化设计后的烟箱结构与传统烟箱结构相比,在质量减小7.00%的条件下,结构整体刚度提高了7.53%。

Abstract:

In order to achieve good mechanical performance and light weight for the inlet & outlet of electrostatic precipitator,an optimal design method which combined structural topology and sizing optimization was suggested by according to the structural characteristics of  inlet & outlet.Firstly,the adaptive growth method was applied to optimize the stiffener layout of the inlet & outlet structure,in which stiffeners on the panels grew adaptively towards such directions that can make the global stiffness of the structure greatest,which was similar to the root growth in nature.Secondly,sizing optimization was implemented to achieve the minimum weight.The design result shows that the suggested method is effective,compared with the traditional inlet & outlet structure,the weight of the optimal structure is reduced by 7.00%,and the global stiffness is increased by 7.53%.
