摘要:

在分析静水压力驱动取样器工作原理的基础上,通过对基于取样管支撑反力控制的“静水压力驱动取样”工作模式触发机制的研究和对基于驱动单元中配流阀阀芯位置控制的“静水压力驱动取样”机理的研究,设计了一种用于海底沉积物取样的新型静水压力驱动取样器。对该取样器机械结构进行了设计,完成了样机制作,最后进行了海试。海试结果证明了该取样器设计的合理性。

Abstract:

Based on the operation principle analysis of hydrostatic corer, a novel sediment corer driven by marine hydrostatic was proposed, which was supported by the research of operational mode trigger mechanism of hydrostatic corer controlled by sampling tube's support reaction force, and the research of hydrostatic pressure driven sampling mechanism based on distribution flow spool position's control in driven units. Mechanical structure of the corer was designed firstly. Then, the prototype was completed. Finally, a practical sea trial was conducted successfully. The results of the sea trial verify the reasonableness of the hydrostatic corer's design.
