涡流传感器斜偏对输油管道涂层厚度测量精度的影响及斜偏矫正

Influence of Eddy Current Sensor's Posture on Coating Thickness Measurement in Oil Pipelines and Posture Correction

摘要:

针对涡流传感器斜偏影响钢管涂层厚度测量信号的情况,提出了传感器斜偏的矫正措施以及消除斜偏影响的信号处理方法,为涂层厚度测量时传感器的对中和垂直度调整提供理论指导。采用电磁场数值仿真方法,研究了传感器斜偏对提离检测精度的影响程度,以及不同提离距离、不同管道尺寸情况下传感器斜偏的影响规律,根据提离信号的变化规律提出了传感器斜偏的矫正措施和斜偏信号的校正方法,解决了传感器斜偏对检测精度的影响问题。数值仿真结果表明,通过对传感器斜偏的矫正以及信号处理,可有效减小传感器斜偏对提离检测信号的影响,提高了涂层厚度的测量精度。

Abstract:

To decrease the influence of eddy current sensor's inclination or deviation on measuring precision of coating thickness in oil pipeline, some effective correction measures were adopted according to the characteristics of eddy current signals due to the sensor's inclination or deviation, which gave an effective theoretical guide to the centering and verticality control of the sensor in practice. By using electromagnetic field simulation method, the influences of the sensor's inclination or deviation and the signal features for pipe with different sizes and sensor with different liftoff distances were both studied. Then, the correction measures and signal processing method were proposed to decrease the influence of sensor's inclination or deviation. Numerical simulation results show that the correction measures are effective, which can enhance the measuring precision of coating greatly to meet the requirements of engineering practice. 
