摘要:

阐述了超声振动塑性加工的作用机理,定量分析了表面效应中摩擦力矢量反向的原因。在介绍国内外超声振动塑性加工技术研究现状的基础上,对一些典型超声振动塑性加工技术的应用例子进行了剖析,并探讨了目前超声振动塑性加工技术需要解决的问题及研究方向。

关键词: 超声振动, 塑性加工, 摩擦, 成形力

Abstract:

The mechanism of ultrasonic vibration to plastic processing was elaborated firstly,and the reasons of friction vector reverses in surface effect were analyzed quantitatively.Based on the introduction to the research status of the plastic processing technology with ultrasonic vibration at home and abroad,some typical applications of them were analyzed,and the unsolved problems and research direction for the plastic processing technology with ultrasonic vibration were discussed.
