基于微型遗传算法实现特定轨迹和姿态要求的新型机构设计及优化

摘要:

针对自动化机械生产中较为复杂的生产工艺要求,首先设计了一种可以实现特定轨迹和姿态要求的新型机构,该机构为齿轮凸轮组合机构,其中齿轮机构用于实现组合机构执行端的直线往复运动,凸轮机构用于实现组合机构执行端的特定姿态要求以及配合齿轮机构的直线运动实现不同的轨迹要求。然后基于微型遗传算法,提出了通过优化新型机构中凸轮廓线来实现执行端的特定轨迹和姿态要求,同时实现其运动性能优化的方法。作为算例,将新型机构应用于超高速烟草包装机的铝箔烟包传送系统中,通过对机构的凸轮廓线的优化实现了铝箔烟包上短边折叠及其推送动作,同时还实现了机构运动性能的优化。结果表明:基于微型遗传算法优化的齿轮凸轮组合机构不仅可以实现铝箔烟包的折叠和推送动作要求,而且具有良好的运动特性,可减小对铝箔烟包的损坏,提高包装质量。

Abstract:

A new type of mechanism was designed and optimized for the requirements of complex production process in automated machinery.Firstly,it was designed to meet the specific trajectory and gesture.It included a cam mechanism and a gear mechanism,where the gear mechanism  was used to implement linear reciprocating motion while the cam mechanism to achieve the specific gesture and some different trajectories combined with the linear reciprocating motion of the epicycloids gear mechanism.Secondly,a method of optimizing the convex contour was put forward to improve the new mechanism's kinematic performance based on the micro-genetic algorithm.As an example,the new mechanism was applied in the conveyor system of an ultra-high-speed aluminum foil tobacco packaging machine in order to achieve the folding and pushing action, and then the convex contour was optimized.The results show that the new type of gear-cam mechanism based on micro-genetic algorithm can achieve the folding aluminum foil packets and push action,also have good kinematic characteristics which can reduce the damage to the tobacco packets and improve the packaging quality.
