摘要:

为研究转阀式液压动力转向系统的助力性能,利用AMESim软件和LMS Virtual. Lab Motion软件建立了液压动力转向车辆的联合仿真模型,以转向轻便性和“路感”为评价指标进行正交试验,分析了动力转向系统供油量、转阀阀口尺寸及扭杆刚度对动力转向系统助力性能的影响。分析结果表明,对轻便性影响最大的参数为系统供油量,对“路感”影响最大的参数为扭杆刚度;正交优化后的转向系统“路感”较优化前明显增强。

Abstract:

In order to analyze the assist performance of a rotary valve hydraulic power steering system,a co-simulation model of the hydraulic power steering vehicle was established in AMESim and LMS Virtual.Lab Motion software.With the evaluation index of steering efforts and “road feel”,orthogonal test was carried out based on this model to identify the efforts of the power steering system's flow rate,the rotary valve orifice size and the torsion bar stiffness on the system's assist performance.The results show that the flow rate has the biggest impact on the steering effort and the torsion bar stiffness is the most important parameter for the “road feel”.What's more, “road feel” of the steering system is obviously increased after orthogonal optimization.
