摘要:

为了选择合理的设计参数,获得满意的系统动力学特性,建立了永磁行星齿轮传动系统的动力学计算模型,推导了系统模态对设计参数灵敏度的计算公式,并进行了参数灵敏度分析。研究结果表明,各构件质量对模态的影响较磁耦合刚度对系统模态的影响小,磁化强度的变化对系统模态影响较小,其他设计参数对系统模态影响较大。

Abstract:

In order to choose the reasonable design parameters and obtain satisfied system dynamics characteristics, a dynamic calculation model of permanent magnetic planetary gear drive was established. The sensitivity of mode to system parameters was analysed, which was on the basis of deducing its calculation formula. Results show that quality of each component affects the mode more obviously than the magnetic coupling stiffness, and changes of system modes along with magnetization intensity are smaller than that along with other design parameters.
