方锥形渐进成形制件误差补偿工艺研究

摘要:

成形精度低是制约金属板料渐进成形技术推广应用的重要因素。通过对方锥形渐进成形制件的精度测量发现,制件拐角处和高度方向尺寸精确,而侧壁处产生鼓凸,侧壁中心位置鼓凸高度最大。针对方锥形渐进成形制件的侧壁鼓凸问题,提出了一种变形求解方法,并将求解结果与实际测量结果进行对比,发现结果基本吻合。根据构建的侧壁形面模型,建立了方锥形渐进成形制件的补偿工艺,试验证明该工艺可以显著提高方锥形渐进成形制件的尺寸精度。

Abstract:

Bad performance in accuracy is an important factor which makes single point incremental forming was not used widely.According to the measurement of the pyramidal parts,it was suggested that the accuracy was high near the corner and in the vertical direction.A method to describe the shape of the surface of pyramidal parts in single point incremental forming was proposed.Compared with the data gained by experiments,the accuracy of the model is acceptable.A compensatory process was also proposed to increase the part accuracy significantly.
