摘要:

为研究卷带装置液压系统的恒功率特性,建立了理论分析的数学模型,分析了相关参数对系统性能的影响,在此基础上建立了系统的仿真模型,分析了负载变化对系统压力、液压泵流量及液压马达转速的影响,通过搭建卷带装置实验台,测试了系统的恒功率特性。结果表明:系统具有较好的恒功率特性,仿真模型能够有效测试系统的恒功率特性。研究成果为卷带装置液压系统的改进设计提供了技术支持。

Abstract:

To study the constant power characteristics of hydraulic system of a winding belt device,a mathematical model for theoretical analysis was established to analyze the impacts of relevant parameters on system performance,then a simulation model was built to discuss the influences of load fluctuation on system pressure,flow and hydraulic pump motor speed.The experimental table was putted up to test the constant power characteristics of the system.The results show that the system has a fairly good constant power characteristics;the simulation model can test the constant power characteristics of the system effectively .Research results herein provide technical support for the improved design of the winding belt device hydraulic system.
