基于TRIZ与实例推理原理的产品绿色创新设计方法

Green Innovation Design Method Based on TRIZ and CBR Principles

摘要:

为开发环境友好型绿色产品,提高绿色产品的创新效率,提出了基于TRIZ和实例推理原理的产品绿色创新设计方法。以本体论为基础,给出了绿色产品设计实例的表达机制,构建了绿色产品设计实例的本体库,实现了产品绿色创新设计案例知识的检索、重用和修正。建立了绿色设计属性与TRIZ冲突矩阵48个工程参数之间的关联表,实现了绿色设计属性向TRIZ工程参数的快速转化。建立了基于TRIZ和实例推理原理相结合的产品绿色创新设计支持平台,并以洗碗机底板的创新设计为例讨论了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:

To assist designers to develop green products with better environment-friendly performance, and improve the efficiency of the green product innovation, a product green innovation design method was proposed based on TRIZ and CBR principles. The case representation mechanism of green products was proposed based on ontology, and the ontology database of green products' design cases was constructed, which realized the retrieve, reuse and revise for innovation knowledge of product green design case. To achieve the rapid transformation from green design attributes to TRIZ engineering parameters by building the associated table between TRIZ engineering parameters and green design. Finally, a green innovation design support platform for products was developed based on TRIZ and CBR, and the correctness and feasibility of this method were illustrated in a bottom part design of dishwasher.
