摘要：

针对有供应商参与的新产品协同开发设计的特点,将主机企业、供应商的所有设计资源进行整合,以设计资源颗粒为分配单位进行统筹,
建立了广义设计资源模式下的协同设计任务模型以及设计资源颗粒分配给计划任务的模型。使用排队论的方法,提出了一种新的设计任务与设计资源的匹配方法,给出了设计资源不足时的冲突消解方法。


关键词: 广义设计资源, 多项目协同设计, 任务与设计资源匹配, 设计资源颗粒, 协同设计

Abstract:

According to collaborative product development in which the suppliers took part in product design process,all of design resources of the main plants and suppliers were integrated as design resource unit,aiming at a optimum distribution of the resources.The collaborative product development under generalized design resource mode was founded,and the model of scheduled task respect to design resource unit
was also established.Moreover,with the application of queuing theory,a new method was
proposed in matching design task and design resource.Finally,a method for solving the
problem caused by insufficiencies of resources was given.
