以DHGN801D-200型簇绒机为分析对象,研究了簇绒地毯停机痕迹的形成原因,并提出了合理的解决停机痕迹的控制方法。首先介绍了簇绒系统的组成以及纱线路径;然后分析了纱线路径与纱线伸缩量之间的关系;再根据纱线的力学特性以及蠕变过程,对地毯织造过程中纱线的受力变化进行分析;最后根据理论分析结果提出了采用高位停机来消除停机痕迹的方法,并通过工艺实验证明了该方法是有效和可行的。

Abstract:

Focusing on tufting machine type of DHGN801D-200, the forming reason of the tufted carpet stop marks were studied and a reasonable approach to eliminate tufted carpet stop marks was put forward. Firstly, the tufting equipment system components and yarn path were introduced. Then, the relationship between yarn path and the flexing of total path was analyzed. According to mechanical property and creep property of yarn, yarn tension change in a typical tufting carpet was analyzed. According to theoretic analysis results, the method of eliminating stop marks was developed,which stopped and restarted machine in the highest positions. Finally, the technology experimental results prove that the method is effective and feasible.
