摘要:

为满足盾构机刀盘驱动多级行星轮系高可靠性、低振动和高功率密度的设计要求,在建立系统的可靠性模型和动力学模型的基础上,建立了以系统可靠度、各级行星轮振动加速度和系统体积/质量为目标函数的多目标优化设计的数学模型,并针对工程实例,利用混合离散复合形法对其进行求解。结果表明,提出的优化模型及优化方法可有效地提高盾构机刀盘驱动多级行星轮系的可靠性,减小系统的振动水平和体积/质量。研究结果可为高可靠性、低振动、高功率密度的盾构机刀盘驱动多级行星减速器的设计提供参考。

Abstract:

Multi-stage planetary gear train used in shield machine cutter driver requires high reliability, low vibration and high power density. Based on the reliability model and the dynamics model, a multi-objective optimization model of multi-stage planetary gear train used in shield machine cutter driver was developed to improve the reliability, minimize the vibration and the overall volume of the system. The optimization of a practical example using mixed discrete combined programming was carried out. The results demonstrate that the optimization model and method can effectively increase the reliability, reduce the vibration level and overall volume of the multi-stage planetary gear trains used in shield machine cutter driver.
