深孔麻花钻变参数螺旋槽的数字建模研究

摘要:

以无瞬心包络原理为基础,建立了深孔麻花钻变参数螺旋槽的数学模型。应用B样条曲面插值算法和UG NX的三维实体建模工具,建立了变参数螺旋槽三维实体的数字模型,并对该模型进行了分析讨论。最后,给出了精确建立变参数螺旋槽三维实体模型的方法。切削实验证明:在加工深孔过程中,具有变参数螺旋槽的麻花钻可有效降低排屑阻力。

Abstract:

Based on the enveloping theory without instantaneous center, this paper established a mathematical model of a spiral groove with variable parameters for deep hole twist drills. A digital model for 3D spiral entity with variable parameters was realized by using B-spline interpolation algorithm and 3D modeling tools in software UG NX, and the analyses and discussions over the model were conducted. As a result, a precise 3D modeling method for spiral groove with variable parameters was proposed. The results obtained from experiments indicate that the twist drill with variable parameter spiral grooves can reduce the chip removal resistance effectively in deep hole drilling processes.
