基于转速/转矩控制的AMT换挡策略

摘要:

分析了传统机械自动变速器(AMT)换挡控制策略的局限性,提出基于转速/转矩内外双层的AMT动力传动一体化控制方法,即外层计算出发动机目标转速、转矩和离合器目标位置,内层通过向发动机控制单元(ECU)发送转矩请求来实现AMT的换挡控制。为验证该方法的正确性,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了全电AMT车辆动力传动一体化控制仿真系统模型,并在dSPACE系统上搭建了变速器控制单元(TCU)快速控制原型进行实车测试。仿真和试验结果都表明,应用双层动力传动一体化控制方法,能够显著改善AMT车辆换挡品质。

Abstract:

Limitation of traditional AMT shift control strategy was analyzed.
A double layer powertrain integrated control method of AMT was presented;the outer layer program calculated the target engine rotate speed, target torque and clutch target position, and the inner layer program sended torque request signals to ECU to accomplish shift control action.To validate the above-mentioned method,a simulation model of electric
AMT vehicle with integrated powertrain control system was set up with MATLAB/Simulink.Rapid control prototype(RCP) of transmission control unit(TCU) was set up based on dSPACE and tested in vehicle.The simulation and test results indicate that the shift quality
are improved observably with the application of double layer integrated powertrain control method.
