摘要:

在分析三自由度平台机构特点的基础上,以平台运动范围、平台台面尺寸要求等为约束条件,以平台可控性能和平台结构尺寸的加权综合最优为目标函数,采用加速遗传算法,对一款带防扭臂的三自由度平台的机构参数进行了优化,并将优化结果运用到平台的设计中。应用结果表明,该平台在保证良好运动性能的同时,满足了平台小型化的设计要求。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the 3-DOF motion platform, the key factors, such as the range of the platform, the sizes of panels etc.,were concluded as constraint conditions, the optimal weighed value of the controllability and the structure size of the platform were chosen as the optimal objective functions,the algorithm parameters of the platform mechanism were optimized based on acceleration genetic algorithm.The optimization results were applied to the design
 of a kind of the 3-DOF motion platform with anti-torque arm.It is shown that the results meet the design requirements of miniaturization platform which provides a good performance at the same time.
