摘要:

提出了一种基于摄像头自动跟踪定位的疲劳裂纹在线测量方法,该方法主要包括图像法裂纹在线测量算法和摄像头跟踪定位运动控制技术。基于摄像头自动跟踪方法的最大裂纹长度测量误差为0.076mm,基于摄像头固定方法的最大裂纹长度测量误差为0.148mm。试验结果表明,该方法对提高裂纹测量精度具有显著效果。

Abstract:

A new crack on-line measurement method based on the image processing technology and the automatically tracking camera was presented herein in order to improve the crack length measurement precision when the fatigue crack kept growing, which included the crack image processing algorithms and camera tracking and positioning movement control. The crack length measurement errors based on the camera tracking method and fixed camera method are 0.076mm and 0.148mm respectively. The experimental results show that this method has improved the crack length measurement precision greatly.
