大理石机床床身对主轴箱温度场分布的影响研究

摘要:

通过对45钢和大理石试件之间接触以及45钢和铸铁HT250之间接触的热传导温度场进行实验测试,得到了相应的瞬态及稳态温度场分布数据。通过对不同材料接触的稳态温度实验数据进行分析,计算了不同载荷作用下相应的接触热阻。通过分析,说明了大理石材料机床床身的数控机床相对于铸铁材料机床床身的数控机床,其主轴箱可能产生的温度场分布变化。研究结果为大理石材料床身的数控机床设计提供了建设性的参考意见。

Abstract:

Through experiments of thermal transferring between 45 steel specimen and marble specimen, and between 45 steel specimen and HT250 iron specimen, the data of transient-state and steady-state temperature field distribution were obtained. The experimental data were then analyzed, and the corresponding contact thermal resistance under different loads were computed and analyzed. As a result, the influence of marble machine tool bed on the temperature field distribution of the headstock were checked and clarified. The results of this study will provide a good advice for the design of NC machine tool whose bed is made of marble. 
