摘要:

针对塔式磨机磨矿机理及关键参数对其性能的影响尚未明晰的问题,研究了搅拌器结构参数对磨矿效率的影响机理。采用正交试验验证了塔式磨机磨矿过程符合Charles定律,建立了筒内环形区域间介质球速度数学模型。研究表明,较大螺旋直径利于提高磨矿效率,小的螺旋升角有利于提高磨矿剪切功率,搅拌转速高于临界转速时磨矿效率略有下降。

Abstract:

The grinding mechanism and the influerces of key parameters on its performance for tower grinding mill are not yet clear,the impacts of the stirrer structural parameters of a tower grinding mill on the grinding efficiency were investigated. The experimental results show the tower grinding mill grinding process consistents with Charles’s formula, and it is established the kinematics model of grinding media in the annular between the stirrer and cylinder. It shows that larger stirrer diameter is help to improve the grinding efficiency, and less helix angle of stirrer is help to increase shear power of grinding, and the grinding efficiency will be less reduced in the stirring speed above the critical speed.
