摘要:

简述了混合输入冲压机构的原理,对所提出的混合输入冲压机构进行运动学分析,在已知输出运动规律的条件下,求得辅助驱动的位置、速度、加速度规律。由ADAMS软件完成该机构的仿真分析,同时利用该软件的参数优化模块实现了机构参数的优化分析,改进了冲压机构的运动性能。研究结果对提高零件加工质量及模具寿命具有重要意义,同时为混合输入冲压机构在工程中的应用提供了参考。

Abstract:

This paper established the principles of hybrid input mechanism. Kinematic analysis on the mechanism was carried out under the condition of the given law of output. The variation laws of position,speed and acceleration of auxiliary driven were obtained. The simulation analysis and parameter optimization of this mechanism were completed with the aid of ADAMS parametric module,thus the kinematic performance of this mechanism is improved,and the quality of parts and life of dies are improved too.Then a reference basis is provided for the applications in engineering project of hybrid input mechanical press.
