摘要:

在对多种无针注射器的特点进行分类比较的基础上,针对弹簧式无针注射器单次注射剂量和调节机构深度不可控的缺陷,研究提出一种剂量、深度可调的柔性无针注射器。设计弹簧预压力使弹簧存储的势能根据实际情况而调整,并针对不同剂量的药物注射设计了多种类型的安瓿瓶。Fluent软件仿真和模拟实验验证结果表明,该无针注射器能使药物的剂量和深度可调的范围分别达到0.1~1mL和6~20mm。

Abstract:

Based on the comparison between the features and properties of several kinds of existing needle-free injectors, a flexible needle-free injector which was adjustable in both dose and injecting depth was proposed to overcome the disadvantages of non-adjustable needle-free injectors. The original design was optimized by the application of adjustable pre-pressure spring structure for the purpose of regulating the potential energy stored by the spring in according with the actual application situation. A serial of ampoules were also designed to match different doses. Simulation experiments and analysis conducted on Fluent verify that this new needle-free injector is adjustable in a dose range of 0.1~1mL and a depth range of 6~20mm. 
