摘要:

针对水压柱塞泵配流阀的动态性能进行理论分析,建立了数学模型,通过仿真研究了该泵的配流特性以及影响因素。研究结果表明,余隙容积越大,吸入真空度越高,则配流阀滞后越严重;适当减小配流阀阀芯的质量,提高弹簧刚度或预压力,则有利于提升配流性能;水压泵的转速不宜过高,且工作压力对配流阀的开启滞后存在一定的影响。

Abstract:

Dynamic performance of a water hydraulic piston
pump with flat valves was analyzed.Its mathematic model was established
and the influence factors were studied by simulation. The results show that the bigger clearance volume or higher vacuum degree makes flat valve delay more serious, and reducing spring stiffness or spool quality is favorable to promote the performance of flat valve. In addition, too high rotational speed is not suitable in this kind of pump and work pressure also has influence on the opening delay to flat valve.
