有补片的膜片联轴器创新设计与分析

摘要:

为了解决传统膜片组易损坏问题,先基于TRIZ理论设计出有补片的膜片联轴器,再利用CosmosWorks软件对传统联轴器的膜片组和有补片膜片联轴器的膜片组进行了分析。研究结果表明:膜片中高应力区域出现在膜片上铰接点附近,低安全系数区域也出现在铰接点附近,这说明该区域易发生破坏;在同样工况下,膜片组增添补片后,能缩小膜片组中高应力区域和低安全系数区域范围,从而提高膜片组的抗疲劳能力。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of frequent failure for traditional membrane coupling,a new membrane coupling with compensatory membrane was designed based on the contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory. In addition,fatigue stress for traditional coupling and membrane coupling with compensatory membrane
was analyzed by CosmosWorks. As a result:the high-stress zone and lower safety factor zone are located around gemels. So that damage may often be done at the zone; at the same condition, the high-stress zone and lower safety factor zone are reduced and anti-fatigue ability is increased in new coupling construction compared with traditional ones.
