摘要:

利用样本法对某型飞机救生机构的振动疲劳寿命估算过程进行了探讨,给出了具体的演算步骤,得到了该机构的振动疲劳寿命,并将其与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:采用样本法获得的预测结果与试验值一致,二者的相对误差为7.02%,验证了救生机构振动疲劳寿命估算结果的准确性和样本法的有效性。

Abstract:

The vibration fatigue life prediction process of an aeronautic rescue mechanism was discussed based on the analysis of sample approach. Consequently, the calculational steps were displayed detailedly to obtain the rescue mechanism fatigue life that was contrasted with test results. It indicates:the predicted results show a good agreement with the experimental data and the error between them is as 7.02%, which validates the fatigue life estimation result and demonstrates the suitability of sample approach. 
