摘要:

采用超声C扫描、显微镜分析及图像分析软件对碳纤维/环氧树脂层压板的孔隙含量、分布、形状、尺寸进行定量表征。讨论了孔隙率对层间剪切强度、纵向拉伸强度和压缩强度的影响规律。结果表明:铺层方式影响孔隙的分布;
对于不同铺层,孔隙的长度、面积和纵横比都随着孔隙率的增加而增加;随着孔隙率不断增大,层间剪切强度、纵向拉伸强度和压缩强度不断下降;铺层方式影响纵向拉伸模量的变化。

Abstract:

Quantitative characterization of void content, distribution, shape, size of the laminates was obtained by ultrasonic C-scan, microscopic inspection and image analysis software. The effects rule of void content on interlaminar shear strength
(ILSS), longitude tensile strength and compress strength were discussed. The results show that the laminate lay up type affects the void distribution; void length, area and aspect ratio increase with the increasing void content; the void content,ILSS,longitude tensile strength and compress strength, and the laminate lay up type affect longitude tensile modulus.
