摘要:

分析可监测性设计在工程应用中的意义,明确可监测性设计过程中各个部门之间的信息流程,提出可监测性设计应用实施的系统框架。以内燃机试验机为对象,将可监测性设计的思想进行工程化应用试验。实践证明,可监测性设计在机械产品中的应用效果良好。研究工作为可监测性设计理论的推广和实际工程化应用开展了良好的尝试。

Abstract:

The advantages of implementation of monitorability-based design were analyzed,implementation information flows of monitorability-based design were pointed out among different departments and the overall implementation framework of monitorability-based design was given during life cycle of mechanical equipment.A case of monitorability-based design was carried out during design,manufacturing by
using simulation tester of internal combustion engine.The excellent feasibility of example application has demonstrated that it provides a good attempt for application and extension of monitorability-based design on engineering.
