摘要:

固体颗粒介质板材成形工艺是采用固体颗粒介质代替刚性凸模(或弹性体、液体)的作用对板料进行软模成形的工艺。基于对固体颗粒介质材料性能的试验和研究,设计制造了板料成形试验模具与装置,通过成形试验成功试制出圆筒形零件。通过试验,得出圆筒形零件成形过程中不同阶段的壁厚变化规律,自由变形区的形状变化可用圆曲线的函数模型精确描述。通过将固体颗粒介质作为连续体介质处理,建立了板材成形的有限元模型。数值模拟和试验结果对比显示,应用连续体材料模型的模拟计算结果与实测结果较为接近。

Abstract:

Solid granules medium sheet metal forming technology is a technology that applies solid granules medium instead of rigid punch (or elastomer,liquid) to finish the sheet metal flexible die forming. Based on the experiments and study of the performance of solid granules medium material, the experimental sheet metal forming die and device were designed and manufactured.The cylinder part was trial-produced successfully by the forming experiments as well.By the experiments, the changing law of
wall-thickness of the cylinder part in different stages during the forming process was obtained. The shape change in the free deformation zone might be described accurately by the functional model of a circular curve. A finite element model of sheet metal forming was set up by taking the solid granules medium as a continuum medium. The comparisons

 between the results from the numerical simulation and the experiments show that the results from the numerical computation using the continuum material model are close to those from the practical testing.
