摘要:

利用线性规划法计算了人字齿轮在不同啮合位置下的载荷分配,得到了行星传动各齿轮的齿根弯曲应力随啮合位置改变的变化历程。整个计算过程实现了载荷和约束的自动施加,找到了齿根的最大应力及其位置。分析结果表明,齿根应力最大值一般出现在轮齿承受最大载荷的时刻附近。

Abstract:

Using linear programming method, the load distributions for each gear were computed at different meshing positions. Then the changing course of root bending stress along with the variation of meshing position was gained for each gear of the planetary trains. The whole calculating course realized the automatic definition of loads and boundary conditions and found out the value and position when the tooth root has maximum stress. The results show that the maximum stress usually appears near the position when the tooth bears most of the load. The results can provide reference for checking tooth bending strength of herringbone gears in a planetary system.
