精密微小孔的电解—磨削复合扩孔加工技术研究

摘要:

采用电解—磨削复合扩孔加工技术加工精密微小孔,探讨了其加工机理,分析了多种因素对微小孔加工精度和表面质量的影响,如加工电压、进给速度、电极转速。通过对加工参数的优化,采用微小金刚石导电磨针在厚度为0.3mm的不锈钢片上加工出高精度、低表面粗糙度的微小孔。

Abstract:

Electrochemical grinding was used to machine a precision micro-hole enlargement.And its mechanism was clarified.Then various parameters affecting the accuracy and surface quality in processing,such as voltage,feed rate,rotary speed,were discussed in detail.By optimizing these processing parameters,a high quality micro-hole can be machined successfully on the stainless steel by using a micro electrically conductive diamond grinding tool. 
