摘要:

利用设计结构矩阵(DSM)可以处理反馈和迭代运算的优点,提出包括DSM方阵和DSM长矩阵的广义设计结构矩阵,并采用该矩阵进行激光装置装校流程分析。DSM方阵体现了相同领域的元素关系,DSM长矩阵反映了不同领域的元素关系,利用广义DSM可全面、科学、有效地收集和分析基本数据。建立了分析流程的一般顺序。以片箱为例进行装校流程分析,结果验证了分析方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Based on DSM method which can meet feedback and iterate,an extended DSM was proposed to carry out flow analysis for installing and calibration system. Extended DSM included square DSM and long DSM. To analyze the relationship between the same elements with the square DSM, and to describe the relationship between different elements with the long-matrix, a general sequence of flow analysis with extended DSM was established. Case study of film-box to flow analysis of installing and calibrating system with the method verifies the availability.
