基于模型预测控制的无级变速起步优化控制策略

Model Predictive Control-based Starting Control Optimization Strategy for CVTs

摘要: 为提高车辆的起步性能,新一代大功率无级变速器(CVT)采用离合器与变矩器作为起步装置,由于离合器接合过程的多目标特性,会引起车辆起步冲击等问题。为此,以DNR离合器接合过程为研究对象进行离合器接合过程优化控制的研究。首先,设计离合器压力控制系统,使系统有进一步优化空间;其次,分析离合器接合过程,确定起步评价指标;第三,就接合过程中存在问题,提出以实现离合器接合一致性为目标的模型预测控制策略;最后,利用联合仿真建立CVT动力总成仿真模型,通过国产力帆520车型对系统有效性与合理性进行验证。结果表明:离合器接合过程在所提出的优化控制策略的作用下,能够在目标时刻完成充油过程,降低起步冲击度,有效改善整车起步品质。

Abstract: In order to improve the starting performance of the vehicles, clutch and torque converter were usually used as starting devices for the new generation of high power CVT. The multi-objective characteristics of the cluth engagement process will cause problems such as vehicle starting shock. Therefore, the optimal control of drive-neutral-reverse(DNR) clutch engagement processes was studied. Firstly, a clutch pressure control system was designed so that the system had further optimization space. Then, the clutch engagement processes were analyzed to determine the starting evaluation index. Thirdly, the model predictive control strategy was proposed to achieve the consistency of clutch engagements. Finally, CVT powertrain simulation model was established by joint simulation and verified the system effectiveness by Lifan 520 auto for real vehicle tests. The results indicate that with the effects of the optimal control strategy, the clutch engagement processes may complete the oil filling processes at the target time, reduce the starting impacts and effectively improve the starting quality of the vehicles.
