摘要: 为研究刚性悬挂四轮车辆的均载特性,联立四轮车辆的静力平衡方程和变形协调方程,解算了各分支悬挂的承载力,计算得到了各分支悬挂的承载力和轮胎刚度的映射关系。在此基础之上,定义了不均衡载荷系数,分析得到了轮胎刚度变化及载运偏载量对车辆均载性能的影响规律。通过实验方法得到了轮胎的刚度数据,并对力学解算和均载性分析进行了验证。

Abstract: To research the load sharing characteristics of four-wheeled vehicles with rigid suspension, the statics calculation was done by simultaneous equation solutions of elastic deformation coordination equations and static forces balance equations. The mapping relationships between the suspension force and tire stiffness were obtained. Then, the unbalanced load coefficients of four-wheeled vehicles were defined, the influence rules of load sharing characteristics was produced by tire stiffness changes and the partial loads were analysed and obtained. The stiffness data of tire were obtained by experiments and the statics calculation, and load sharing characteristics analysis were verified.
