摘要: 为提高100 m长钢轨的上轨效率,减少上轨过程中的弯曲扭转变形,对上轨系统进行了设计。采用格雷母线定位技术进行精密地址检测,利用现场总线技术进行远程集中控制,解决了移轨不同步问题;安装钢轨感应传感器和接触开关以自动搜寻钢轨;设计操作界面,控制单根与多根钢轨操作过程,并显示移轨小车状态及故障。研究结果表明:系统定位精度可达5 mm,实现了长钢轨高精度同步平移。

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of handling 100 m long rails and to reduce the bending and torsional deformations of rails, a long rail handling system was designed. The precision address detection was carried out by using Gray bus line positioning technology. The fieldbus technology was used for remote centralized control to solve the problems of shifting rails out of synchronization. Rail induction sensors and contact switches were installed to search the rails automatically. The operation interfaces were designed to control the operation processes of single and multiple rails and to show the states and faults of the shifting rail trolleys. The research results show that the positioning accuracy of the system may reach 5 mm, which realizes high precision synchronous translations of long rails.
