变刚度弹簧往复泵锥阀及其动态特性仿真

Variable Stiffness Spring Reciprocating Pump Poppet Valves and Their Dynamic Characteristic Simulation

摘要: 设计了变刚度弹簧往复泵自动锥阀,弹簧刚度是阀盘升程的函数。在阿道尔夫泵阀运动微分方程的基础上,考虑流体可压缩性对泵筒内流体连续流条件的影响,建立了变刚度弹簧往复泵自动锥阀阀盘运动规律的微分方程。以弹簧刚度是阀盘升程的线性函数为例,分析了变刚度弹簧往复泵锥阀阀盘的动力特性。仿真结果显示:弹簧刚度随升程的变化规律对阀盘的动力特性具有显著影响;在阀盘最大升程一定的条件下,与定刚度弹簧阀盘的动力特性相比,减函数变刚度弹簧阀盘的落座速度与滞后高度有所下降,有利于提高往复泵的容积效率,提高阀盘与阀座的疲劳寿命。

Abstract: A variable stiffness spring reciprocating pump automatic poppet valve was designed herein. Furthermore spring stiffness was a function of valve disc lifts. On the basis of differential equation of the pump valve motion by Adolph, considering the influences of fluid compressibility on continuous flow condition in pump cylinders, the differential equation of the valve disc motion was established under the conditions of spring variable stiffness. Taking an example of spring stiffness as a linear function of lifts, dynamic characteristics of the valve discs of variable stiffness spring reciprocating pumps were analyzed. Simulation results show: the changes of spring stiffness have a significant influence on the dynamic characteristics of the valve discs; compared with the dynamic characteristics of the constant stiffness spring valve discs, impact velocities and lag heights of the valve discs with variable stiffness spring are decreased under the conditions of maximum lift determination. It is beneficial to improve the volumetric efficiency of reciprocating pump and improve the fatigue lifes of valve discs and valve seats.
