摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为提高企业业务执行的绩效及创新性，针对企业业务问题求解时呈现的知识模块化现象，提出知识模块化的概念。将知识模块作为业务执行能力的知识服务单元，同时考虑业务、知识、情境的相互作用，建立了以业务求解为核心并集成情境要素的知识模块模型。以知识模块为业务能力核心，构造了多维度知识模块化服务体系，设计了面向业务问题求解的知识模块化服务系统的体系结构框架。

关键词: 模块化方法, 知识型组织, 知识服务, 数据驱动

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of knowledge modularization in the solving enterprise business problem processes，an idea of knowledge modularization was proposed in order to improve the business execution performance and innovation.Taking the knowledge module as the basic unit of knowledge service of enterprise business execution capability and considering the interaction among business，knowledge and context，a knowledge modularization model was established.Furthermore，the framework of knowledge modularized service systems for solving business problems was constructed，and the architecture framework of business problem solving oriented knowledge modular service systems was designed.
