车身接头刚度测量原理与测量装置设计

摘要: 阐述了车身接头刚度测量的必要性与测量原理,针对国内车身接头刚度实验测量装置还存在空白的现状,设计了一套适用于多平台车身的接头刚度测量装置,并分析了该设计装置的主要特点。最后基于该装置对车身某接头刚度进行了实际测量,并将有限元分析数值与测量值做了对比,分析了实验值与仿真分析值出现偏差的原因。

Abstract: The necessity and the measurement principles of car body joints were briefly introduced. Aiming at the gap of measuring device of body joints in domestic currency situation, a set of joint stiffness measuring device for multiple platform car body was designed, and the main features of the design device were analyzed. Finally, the stiffness of the joints of the body was measured by the device, and the finite element analysis numerical values were compared with the measured value, and the errors were analyzed.
