采样频率对聚合经验模态分解的影响研究

摘要: 根据聚合经验模态分解的特点对能量泄漏指数进行了修订,从非对准误差、能量泄漏、分解结果的正交性和相关性方面分析了采样频率对聚合经验模态的影响,分析结果显示离散化采样引起的非对准误差随采样频率的提高逐渐减小,而能量泄漏以及分解结果之间的正交性和相关性随采样频率改变近似呈周期性变化。并根据分析结果给出了聚合经验模态中采样频率的选取原则。算例结果表明,综合考虑上述各影响因素后,聚合经验模态较为理想的采样频率范围是信号最高频率的10.3~11倍。

Abstract: This paper revised the definition of residual energy according to the characteristics of EEMD firstly, and then investigated the effects of sampling frequency on the EEMD by analyzing the misalignment errors, residual energy, successive and orthogonality of intrinsic mode functions(IMFs). The analysis results show that the value of misalignment errors decreases with the raise of sampling frequency while the other three parameters periodic change approximately. Based on this rule, a selection principle of sampling frequency was obtained. Simulation example shows that the sampling frequency must be controlled in the range of 10.3 to 11 times of the maximum of the signal frequencies.
