三相异步电动机效率特性快速量化方法

摘要: 综合考虑电动机在能量转换过程中的各种损耗,从三相异步电动机的功率损失分析出发,基于电动机在d-q坐标系的损耗模型,建立了三相异步电动机的负载率-效率通用模型。该方法仅需测量电动机在三点不同工况下的负载率和与之对应的效率,应用负载率-效率模型,即可获得该电机的效率曲线;应用电动机效率测试系统及相应测试方法进行试验测试,将该方法所得电动机负载率-效率理论曲线与采用传统离散点方法测试所获得的试验曲线进行对比,试验结果表明该方法所得电动机效率特性曲线与试验测试结果相吻合,且误差在1%以内,从而验证了该模型的准确性与精度。

Abstract: A variety of losses in the energy conversion process of the motors was taken into account, based on the power loss analysis and the loss model in d-q coordinate of the three-phase induction motors, a general model of load ratio and efficiency for motors was established. Only three groups of tests were needed to carry out in the same test conditions with varying load ratio, and based on the developed model, the efficiency characteristic curves would be obtained. Based on the experimental system for the efficiency test of motors, a comparison between the traditional point by point testing results and the proposed testing results was performed to determine the correctness and accuracy of the developed efficiency model. The results show that the developed efficiency models are in good agreement with the experiments and the maximum absolute deviations are within 1%.
