摘要: 应用小波分析的方法,讨论了电动汽车用外转子无刷直流电机永磁体故障的诊断方法。主要讨论了两类故障的诊断:永磁体排列均匀性和永磁体弱磁检测。利用小波分解,以电机的霍尔传感器输出作为特征信号诊断永磁体的排列均匀性。提取相电流波形的特定频率分量,利用连续小波变换计算这些频率分量的能量比,以判断电机运行时是否发生弱磁故障。实验结果表明,利用该方法,可以获得永磁体排列不均匀性和弱磁故障的信息。

Abstract: This paper focused on the PMs fault diagnosis of outer-rotor-mounted elctric car BLDC motor, with the applications of wavelet analysis. Two types of fault were discussed, the uniformity of PM arrangement and the detection of PM demagnetization. The Hall sensor outputs of the hub motor were employed as the characteristic signals to diagnose the arrangement of PMs with the applications of wavelet decomposition method. Certain frequencies of the wave form of phase current were extracted and their energy percentages were computed, using continuous wavelet transform, whether a demagnetization fault occurred was judged during motor operations. Experimental results show that the informations of the non-uniformity and the demagnetization faults of PMs may be obtained by the methods mentioned above, which offer a new methodology based on wavelet analysis to diagnose the PM faults in the hub motor.
