摘要:

提出了一种基于双能量源、变转速容积调速的电动叉车势能回收系统方案,建立了势能回收系统和势能回收效率的数学模型,设计了电机转速模糊PI控制系统,给出了势能回收系统的控制策略。利用AMESim和MATLAB软件进行了势能回收系统仿真分析,最后通过实车实验研究来检验仿真模型的有效性和仿真结果的正确性。研究结果表明,模糊PI控制系统的控制效果优于传统PI控制器的
控制效果,该控制策略能实现势能的高效率回收,达到控制目的。

Abstract:

A potential energy recovery system for electric forklift was proposed based on dual-source energy storage system and volumetric speed control, the mathematical model of energy recovery system and the mathematical model of potential energy recovery efficiency were given, fuzzy PI control system for motor speed control was designed, control strategy of potential energy  recovery system was given. AMESim and MATLAB were used to analyse potential energy recovery system, then through experimental study the effectiveness of simulation model and the accuracy of simulation results were tested. The results show  that control effect of fuzzy PI control system is superior to that of traditional PI controller and the control strategy can realize the potential energy efficient recycling,so the control purpose is achieved.
