基于装配定位优先级的并联结合面误差建模

摘要:

分析了并联结合面在装配定位优先级意义下装配误差的形成机理与计算方法。针对常见的平面结合面与圆柱结合面,分析了误差形成和装配精度失效的原因,采用小位移旋量(SDT)法描述了误差变动。针对并联结合面间位姿变动的相互影响,定义了装配定位优先级的概念,并详细分析了并联结合面装配定位优先级的判定依据。根据装配定位优先级确定了并联的各结合面误差组成及计算方法。列举了常见的并联结合面形式,并以一组常见并联结合面的装配误差分析为例,验证了该方法的可行性,为装配体误差分析、零件精度设计、装配成功率计算等提供了借鉴。

Abstract:

The formation mechanism and calculation method of assembly error of parallel joint surface under the effects of assembly positioning  priority  were analyzed.In view of  the common plane joint surface and cylindrical joint surface,the formation of joint surface error and the invalid reason of assembly precision were analyzed,the variations  of errors  were  described  by SDT method.In view of the interplay of position change between parallel joint surfaces, the concept of assembly positioning priority was defined,and the judgment criterions of the assembly positioning priority of parallel joint  surface were analyzed in details.The specific composition and calculation methods of the errors of all parallel joint surfaces were determined based on the assembly positioning priority.The common forms of parallel joint  surface were listed,and  one  of  them was  taken  as an example for assembly error analysis.As a result, the practicability of this method was verified,and the references of assembly error analyses,part precision design,assembly success rate  calculation and so on were provided.
