汽车真空辅助制动系统的设计与研究

摘要:

以汽车紧急制动工况为研究对象,设计和研制了一种汽车真空辅助制动系统,该系统主要包括机械执行机构、制动吸盘、真空系统、弹射收起系统、控制系统五个部分。对该系统进行了理论分析和实验研究,结果表明,该系统可显著提高汽车制动效能,
可有效缩短汽车紧急制动时的制动距离,从而有效降低交通事故的发生概率并降低交通事故的严重程度。

关键词: 辅助制动, 制动吸盘, 制动距离, 真空系统

Abstract:

An automotive vacuum auxiliary braking system was designed when the driver urgently braked the automobile. The system mainly contained five parts,such  as mechanical actuator,braking sucker, vacuum system,ejection  retracting  system, the control system and so on.The vacuum auxiliary braking system could  increase  significantly the braking efficiency and shorten the braking distance of automobile emergency braking. After the theoretical analysis and the experimental research, the system will reduce effectively the probability and the damage degree of traffic accidents.
