摘要:

针对车身焊接装配尺寸控制参数多元和尺寸偏移小且缓慢的特点,采用MEWMA控制图对其进行监控。以MEWMA控制图统计性能的分析研究为基础,明确了MEWMA控制图偏移系数δ、控制上限H和权重参数r的关系模型,得到了δ与最优r的计算表达式。应用实例表明,上述方法求解的r值非常接近统计最优的r值,其对应的MEWMA控制图相比于Hotelling's T2控制图和其他r值的MEWMA控制图,对过程小偏移有更好的敏感性。

Abstract:

Considering the characteristics of body assembly size where multi-parameters were involved and the dimensional shift was slow and small, a MEWMA control chart was proposed for monitoring. Based on its performance analysis, MEWMA control chart's deviation  parameter δ,the relation model of upper control limit H and weight parameter r were clarified, and the relational expression of δ and optimum r was obtained as well. In an application example, the value of r resulted from the proposed method is extremely approaching to the statistical optimum value of r, and its MEWMA control chart enjoys better sensibility to small procedure shift, compared with Hotelling's T2 control chart and MEWMA control chart with other values of r.
