陶瓷球毛坯摇摆式精整技术的研究

Research on Swing Type Sizing Technology for Ceramic Blank Balls

摘要:

为了提高陶瓷球的加工效率,提出了一种陶瓷球预烧结毛坯的摇摆式精整加工技术,该技术通过下盘旋转运动及上盘左右摆动来主动驱动陶瓷球毛坯,使之获得均匀研磨,旨在快速消除预烧结毛坯球圆度误差,提高烧结后毛坯球的精度,从而减小烧结后毛坯球的加工余量。运动分析和仿真结果表明,预烧结毛坯球表面上每一点都能被均匀研磨,具有较好的研磨等概率性。对氮化硅预烧结毛坯球进行了加工实验,结果表明该方式下预烧结毛坯球材料去除率达到0.69mm/h,可在1h内将毛坯球圆度误差从196μm迅速修正到6μm以下,并且具有良好的直径和圆度一致性,偏差分别不超过19μm和4μm。

Abstract:

In order to improve the processing efficiency of ceramic balls, a swing type sizing technology for pre-sintered ceramic blank balls was proposed. In this method, the ceramic blank balls were driven by rotation of the lower plate and swing of the upper plate to achieve uniform lapping. It was aimed to eliminate roundness error of the pre-sintered blank balls rapidly, improve the precision of the full sintered blank balls, and reduce the machining allowance of the full sintered blank balls. The kinematic analysis and simulation results show that each point on the surface of pre-sintered blank balls can be lapped uniformly and has good ‘lapping probability'. The results of the processing experiments on Si3N4 pre-sintered blank balls show that the roundness error is modified from 196μm to less than 6μm (best to 2μm) after one hour's lapping by this method, and a good diameter and roundness consistency are obtained, the errors are less than 19μm and 4μm respectively.
