线接触非稳态弹流问题的数值计算

摘要:

非稳态弹流润滑是工程中常见状态,为了研究非稳态润滑时设备的工作性能,采用间接迭代法求解了周期载荷线接触弹流问题。通过算例研究工程上常见的余弦载荷作用下弹性流体动力润滑特性,探讨载荷、动载幅值和频率变化对油膜的影响。计算结果表明:随着载荷的增大,出口的颈缩现象减弱;随着频率和动载幅值的增大,压力曲线的形状发生改变,挤压效应明显。

Abstract:

Time-dependent EHL is a common state in engineering. EHL line contact problems with periodic loads were solved by the indirect iteration method to research the equipment performance of this state. The common engineering example with cosine periodic loads was studied to reveal the dynamic load, load amplitude and frequency variation effects on the oil film and the EHL characteristics. The calculation results show that, with the increase of the load, the export necking phenomenon abate; with the frequency and amplitude of the dynamic load increases, the pressure curve shape changes, squeezing effects are more obvious.
